- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, cranberries, and half of the brown sugar. Gently toss and spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
