- 1 package cranberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole or jellied)
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, pour 1 package of cranberry jello into the bowl. Gradually add 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until the jello is completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of cranberry sauce and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour in 1 cup of cold water and stir. Then, gently fold in 1 cup of chopped apples, 1 cup of drained crushed pineapple, and 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the mixture into a decorative bowl or a jello mold. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled as a side dish, garnished with fresh mint or orange slices if desired.
