A vibrant and flavorful jam that combines the tartness of cranberries with the heat of jalapeños, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1–2 jalapeños
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, sugar, water, apple cider vinegar, chopped jalapeños, cinnamon, and salt. Stir gently to incorporate the ingredients.
- Allow the mixture to come to a boil, stirring occasionally. You’ll hear the cranberries start to burst.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the jam thickens to your desired consistency.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the jam cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the jam to sterilized jars.
- Store the jars in the refrigerator or water-bath can them for long-term storage.
- Serve and enjoy as desired!
Notes
This jam lasts up to 3 weeks in the fridge. For longer storage, consider canning.
