- Juice of ½ Lime
- Handful of Crushed Ice
- 2 Ounces of 100% Cranberry Juice
- 4 Ounces of Ginger Beer
- 2 Ounces Soda Water
- Small Handful of Frozen Cranberries
- 1 Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and lime juice in a cocktail shaker for about 30 seconds.
- Fill the shaker with crushed ice and add cranberry juice. Secure the lid.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
- Add ginger beer to the shaker and gently stir to combine.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with frozen cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Notes
Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. The mocktail mix can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours without soda.
