Description

A refreshing and vibrant non-alcoholic drink featuring cranberry juice and ginger beer, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Juice of ½ Lime
  • Handful of Crushed Ice
  • 2 Ounces of 100% Cranberry Juice
  • 4 Ounces of Ginger Beer
  • 2 Ounces Soda Water
  • Small Handful of Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 Sprig of Fresh Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and lime juice in a cocktail shaker for about 30 seconds.
  2. Fill the shaker with crushed ice and add cranberry juice. Secure the lid.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  4. Add ginger beer to the shaker and gently stir to combine.
  5. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with frozen cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Notes

Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. The mocktail mix can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours without soda.
