- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: Chopped pecans or a sprinkle of orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
- Assemble the bites: Press each triangle into the muffin cups. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each cup, followed by a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Add toppings if desired: Sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest over the cranberry sauce.
- Bake: Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Make the cream cheese filling a day in advance for easy assembly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
