Description

Delicious mini pastry cups filled with creamy brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for festive gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1 brick of brie cheese (approximately 200250 grams)
  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce (or 1/2 cup homemade cranberry sauce)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped, optional)
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and pinch seams together. Cut into 24 equal squares.
  3. Cut the brie into 24 small squares.
  4. Place a dough square into each muffin tin cup and press down to form a cup.
  5. Add a piece of brie into each cup, topping with cranberry sauce.
  6. If using walnuts, add a few pieces to each cup.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool; garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For best taste, serve with fresh fruits. Can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
