Delicious mini pastry cups filled with creamy brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for festive gatherings.

- 1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1 brick of brie cheese (approximately 200–250 grams)
- 1/2 can cranberry sauce (or 1/2 cup homemade cranberry sauce)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped, optional)
- Fresh rosemary (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and pinch seams together. Cut into 24 equal squares.
- Cut the brie into 24 small squares.
- Place a dough square into each muffin tin cup and press down to form a cup.
- Add a piece of brie into each cup, topping with cranberry sauce.
- If using walnuts, add a few pieces to each cup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool; garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For best taste, serve with fresh fruits. Can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
