Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and milk to the creamed mixture.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the cranberries carefully.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Beat together softened cream cheese and butter, then gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once the cake is cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
