- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, then fold in the white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and chopped ginger.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
