- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, sliced apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir and pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
