Description

A comforting, cheesy, and crispy hash brown casserole perfect for brunch or family meals, inspired by the beloved Cracker Barrel dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Mix until creamy and lump-free.
  3. Stir in the frozen hash browns until evenly coated.
