- ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
- Wonton skins
- Soy sauce (for seasoning)
- Oil for frying (canola or vegetable)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions until creamy.
- Place a tablespoon of crab mixture in the center of each wonton skin.
- Moisten the edges with water, fold over to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
