Description

A delightful combination of flaky crescent dough and creamy crab filling, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half for smaller bites.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point.
  5. Place the bites seam-side down on the lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. These bites are best enjoyed warm.
