- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half for smaller bites.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point.
- Place the bites seam-side down on the lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. These bites are best enjoyed warm.
