Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (like thyme or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss the diced chicken into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Stir in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and dried herbs, and let it simmer for an additional minute.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until well coated, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
