- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss the diced chicken into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and dried herbs, and let it simmer for an additional minute.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until well coated, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Adjust seasoning as needed before serving hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
