Description

A light and fluffy crustless quiche featuring creamy cottage cheese and fresh spinach, baked to perfection for a protein-packed meal that’s perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar/mozzarella blend)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, nutmeg, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, spinach, eggs, shredded cheese, milk, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour into greased pie dish.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
