Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs, whisking until smooth.
- Add your chosen spices and mix until integrated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto it, spreading out into a desired flatbread shape, about ½ inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure your cottage cheese is well-drained for the best consistency. You can add shredded cheese for extra creaminess.
