Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add your chosen spices and mix until integrated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto it, spreading out into a desired flatbread shape, about ½ inch thick.
