Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until combined.
- Stir in the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the spinach, bell peppers, or chicken ham, if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown and the center is firm.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
