Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9-inch round pie dish or baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the spinach, onion, and bell pepper, along with any optional extras.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  5. Gently fold in the shredded cheese until combined.
