- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- Seasonings of your choice (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili flakes)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese with chosen seasonings for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then break into chip-sized pieces and enjoy.
