Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Seasonings of your choice (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili flakes)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese with chosen seasonings for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then break into chip-sized pieces and enjoy.
