- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce on top.
- Combine cottage cheese and grated Parmesan in a bowl, then spread over the marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
