- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo cookies (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix lightly until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop out dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheets, pressing down slightly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and tops are slightly underbaked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
