Description

A delightful Cookies and Cream Cookie recipe blending creamy white chocolate chips with crunchy Oreo pieces, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
  3. Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix lightly until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop out dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheets, pressing down slightly.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and tops are slightly underbaked.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
