Description

A delightful dessert that combines soft, chewy cookie layers with creamy vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and fun sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 quart of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate sauce
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the cookie dough package instructions. Press the cookie dough into a greased cake pan.
  2. Bake until golden brown, following the package’s recommended time. Allow the cookie layer to cool completely.
  3. Spread the vanilla ice cream generously over the cooled cookie layer. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  4. Remove from the freezer and spread the whipped cream over the ice cream layer.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Add colorful sprinkles if desired.
  6. Return to the freezer until ready to serve. Slice and enjoy!
