Description

Delicious truffles made with cookie butter, cream cheese, and chocolate. Easy to make with a delightful flavor that brings back childhood memories.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter spread
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • Optional toppings: crushed Biscoff biscuits, cocoa powder, or colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff biscuits, cookie butter, and cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  6. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle toppings before the chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes, then serve or package them as gifts.

Notes

For a smoother chocolate coating, add a teaspoon of coconut oil before melting.
