- 1 cup Biscoff biscuits, crushed
- 1/2 cup cookie butter spread
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
- Optional toppings: crushed Biscoff biscuits, cocoa powder, or colorful sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff biscuits, cookie butter, and cream cheese until well blended.
- Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes, then serve or package them as gifts.
Notes
For a smoother chocolate coating, add a teaspoon of coconut oil before melting.
