A delightful twist on the classic puppy chow, this recipe combines crunchy rice Chex cereal with creamy cookie butter and rich white chocolate for a sweet, nostalgic treat.

- 1 (8.8 oz) package Biscoff cookies (divided)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cookie butter (Biscoff or Speculoos spread)
- 6 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Crush 20 Biscoff cookies until fine crumbs and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and cookie butter. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
- Add rice Chex cereal to the melted mixture and stir gently to coat.
- Place powdered sugar in a ziplock bag, add the coated cereal, seal and shake until fully coated.
- Chop remaining Biscoff cookies and toss into the mix, shaking again to combine.
Notes
Use room-temperature ingredients for easier mixing. Feel free to add nuts or sprinkles for customization.
