Description

Deliciously fudgy brownies enriched with collagen peptides, perfect for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (85% dark)
  • 1 cup almond flour (90g)
  • 1/2 cup collagen peptides (40g)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Prepare the dry ingredients by whisking together almond flour, collagen peptides, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl, whisking eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  5. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold in the melted chocolate until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, until edges are set but the center is soft.
  8. Cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.

Notes

Allowing brownies to cool in the dish helps set them properly for cutting.
