- 1/2 cup collagen peptides (40g)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-30 second intervals until smooth.
- Prepare the dry ingredients by whisking together almond flour, collagen peptides, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl, whisking eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold in the melted chocolate until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until edges are set but the center is soft.
- Cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.
