Ingredients

- 2 cups Master Mix
- 1 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Diced Dried Pineapple
- Optional: Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the master mix, shredded coconut, sugar, and diced pineapple. Optionally, add a pinch of salt.
- Carefully stir in 1/4 cup of water until the dough holds together.
- Using about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie, roll into a ball and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
