Description

A hearty and comforting casserole combining ground turkey, stuffing, and cheese, perfect for family meals or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.25 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Box Stuffing Mix
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1.25 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Dice the onion and celery (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add onion, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and stuffing mix until well combined.
  6. Spread the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. For a crispier topping, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, watching closely.

Notes

Let the butter for the stuffing mix sit at room temperature for easier mixing. You can customize with your favorite veggies or different proteins.
