- 1.25 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Box Stuffing Mix
- 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1.25 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Celery, diced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Dice the onion and celery (about 5 minutes).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and stuffing mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- For a crispier topping, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, watching closely.
Notes
Let the butter for the stuffing mix sit at room temperature for easier mixing. You can customize with your favorite veggies or different proteins.
