Description

A no-bake dessert featuring a creamy filling, buttery graham cracker crust, and topped with luscious cherry pie filling.


Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 ounces)
  • 1 can cherry pie filling (21 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and softened butter until it resembles wet sand. Press mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Create the filling by beating the cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust evenly, then spoon the cherry pie filling on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

For best results, let the butter and cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before starting.
