- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 container Cool Whip (8 ounces)
- 1 can cherry pie filling (21 ounces)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and softened butter until it resembles wet sand. Press mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Create the filling by beating the cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust evenly, then spoon the cherry pie filling on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
For best results, let the butter and cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before starting.
