Instructions
- Prepare the bananas: Peel and slice the bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
- Prepare the air fryer by spraying the basket with cooking spray or oil.
- Coat the banana slices in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well-coated.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Cool the chips a few moments before serving.
