Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.

- Gradually incorporate the dry mix into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Scoop out dough and roll into balls, then roll each ball in the additional sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
