Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry mix into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Scoop out dough and roll into balls, then roll each ball in the additional sugar.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
