Delicious Churro Cheesecake Bars that blend rich cheesecake with the crunchy, spiced goodness of churros.
Ingredients

- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, divided
- 1 large egg, room temperature, separated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Layer the first crescent roll dough on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer.
- Add the second layer of crescent rolls over the cheesecake layer.
- Prepare the topping by beating the egg white and brushing it over the top layer. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream and caramel sauce, and pair with coffee or chai lattes.
