- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with the olive oil. Toss until well coated and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and scatter the chopped bacon over the top.
- Roast for about 20 minutes, stirring at the 10-minute mark for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the pecans and dried cranberries.
- Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
Notes
For the crispiest bacon, consider partially cooking it beforehand. Use fresh Brussels sprouts for the best flavor and texture.
