- 2 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl of a stand mixer until fully combined.
- Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and whip on medium speed until smooth.
- Repeat by gradually adding the remaining heavy cream until fully incorporated.
- Whip on medium speed until stiff peaks form, being careful not to over-whip.
- Finish by folding in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Serve the chocolate whipped cream on your favorite dessert and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Rewhip gently to restore fluffiness.
