Ingredients

- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup nut butter (e.g., peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp unflavored protein powder
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), and nut butter over medium heat. Stir until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder until well combined.
- Pour the melted mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm. Cut into bite-sized squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
