Ingredients

  • 1 cup (16 tablespoons) unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups + 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, divided
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Finely crush the Oreos and mix with 8 tablespoons melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Peanut Butter Filling: Mix remaining butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until creamy. Spread over crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Chocolate Ganache: Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips and peanut butter. Whisk until smooth.
