Decadent brownies topped with fresh strawberries and glossy chocolate ganache, perfect for celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C), grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in the granulated sugar.
- Stir in the eggs, one at a time, and add vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
- Heat the heavy cream until simmering, then mix in the chopped chocolate until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the cooled brownies and top with sliced strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to set before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a glossier ganache, add a teaspoon of butter while melting the chocolate.
