Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs for rolling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into balls and then roll in additional graham crumbs.
- Return the rolled balls to the fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for three months.
