Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup M&S Gigantic Milk Chocolate Buttons
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Gradually add in the flour and salt, mixing on low speed until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chunks and milk chocolate buttons.
  6. Press the dough into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and center remains pale.
  8. Cool in the dish for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and cut into squares.
