Description

Delight in the nostalgia of fall with these easy-to-make Chocolate Acorns, combining creamy chocolate with crunchy pretzels for a perfect sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses (milk chocolate or caramel-flavored)
  • 24 Mini Pretzels
  • 24 Chocolate Almonds or Chocolate-Covered Peanuts
  • 1 cup Chocolate Melts or Candy Melts
  • Parchment Paper

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Dip the flat side of a Hershey’s Kiss into melted chocolate and attach it to the top of a mini pretzel.
  4. Drizzle a small amount of melted chocolate on top and place a chocolate almond or chocolate-covered peanut to create the acorn cap.
  5. Place on the lined baking sheet and let cool for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature, or two weeks in the fridge. Consider variations like crushed peppermint or seasonal toppings.
