- 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Cut the chicken breast in half horizontally to create thinner filets.
- Make the Chipotle Ranch Marinade: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, chipotle pepper, apple cider vinegar, and ranch seasoning, then blend until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken: Pour half of the marinade over the chicken fillets and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken: Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Drizzle remaining sauce over the chicken and serve extra on the side.
