Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Blend the rinsed and drained chickpeas, rolled oats, nut butter, and chosen seasonings in a food processor for about 2 minutes until finely mashed.
- Adjust the consistency by adding a splash of water if the mixture is too crumbly and pulse until combined.
- Divide the dough into 4 to 5 portions, roll each portion out thinly, and cut into cracker shapes.
- Transfer the cracker shapes to the prepared baking tray.
