Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the chopped onion in the same skillet until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in the sour cream, scraping any chicken bits from the pan.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the chicken over rice or pasta, drizzling the creamy sauce on top.
