- 1 cup celery, finely diced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, and red onion (if using).
- In separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, Dijon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over chicken mixture and gently stir to combine.
- Fold in nuts (if using) and fresh herbs.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve on croissants, bread, over greens, or with crackers.
