- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas (Flour or whole wheat)
- Optional: Lettuce, diced tomatoes, or other toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sliced bell peppers, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Warm them in a dry skillet for a few seconds if you have time.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
- Carefully roll the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
