Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas (Flour or whole wheat)
  • Optional: Lettuce, diced tomatoes, or other toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sliced bell peppers, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Warm them in a dry skillet for a few seconds if you have time.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  4. Carefully roll the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  6. Cut each wrap in half and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
