Description

A comforting dish with chicken fillets in a spicy creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken fillets (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 bag of fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare fries as per package instructions or make homemade fries by cutting potatoes and roasting them.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6–7 minutes per side until 165°F (75°C).
  3. Remove chicken and set aside, then sauté garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken alongside fries, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
