- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Spread the chicken and ham mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use butter at room temperature to mix smoothly with breadcrumbs. Customize the cheese or add vegetables for variations.
