  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together chicken, uncooked rice, broccoli, both soups, chicken broth, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and all seasonings until well blended.
  3. Transfer to baking dish: Pour mixture into prepared dish and spread evenly.
  4. Add topping: Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15-20 more minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
