- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and dredge each in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Add sliced onion to the same skillet; cook for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer until slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating each piece with the creamy sauce, and heat through for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
