Description

A deliciously stuffed chicken breast filled with mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for searing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the chicken breasts by creating a pocket in each one.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sear the chicken in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
