Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and diced tomatoes. Mix until creamy.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
