Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet to coat it with the sauce.
- Top with shredded cheddar, cover, and let sit for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
